One-on-One Coaching
My coaching is for curious and courageous individuals who know that small shifts can make a big difference in their lives.
Early in your career you had managers to give you feedback. You could go to happy hour, whine about work, and get colleagues’ perspectives.
Once you’re at the top, there’s no one giving you that feedback anymore – and it’s not appropriate to hash out work stress with your team members.
Similarly, while you know no one’s life is perfect, others want to maintain the appearance of shiny lives. While friends used to love to dig into dating, you don’t find the same realness in conversations about marriage and parenting.
No matter how successful you are, you’ll never outgrow your need for:
1. out loud processing,
2. outside perspective (to help you see the bigger picture), and
3. constructive feedback (from someone who knows you, has no agenda for you, and wants the best for you).
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
I create deep, ongoing relationships with clients so I can help them with whatever life throws their way.

You know what’s best for you and your family.
I’ll ask strategic questions to help you get clear on it.

“I am SO thankful that the coach I found was Sheila. Sheila really listened to me and got to know me. She pushed me, held me accountable, and challenged me. Through my work with Sheila, I have a different relationship with myself, one that is much more gentle, more compassionate, and filled with confidence. It’s been invaluable having someone like Sheila in my corner, helping me past the intellectual understanding of a concept and into the actual, real life implementation of it. Grateful is an understatement. I can’t recommend her enough.”
